i am missing doing this and i dont easily get tired. Looking forward during the 1st or 2nd quarter next year,hopefully il get back. Need practice and review, sayang ang NCII certificate ko! hahaha =)

Haha..i wonder if this could remove flab on my arms! I really dont care cellulites on my thighs and flabbiness around my waist.. i really am concern unwanted fats on my arms, Tamad ako mg exercise e! haha! Hopefully..it would! =D
